Terms & Conditions

The rules for using the Anifund app, operated by TIWALA LENDING INVESTOR, INC., once the app is open.

Company
TIWALA LENDING INVESTOR, INC.
App
Anifund
Effective
22 October 2026

Anifund is in development. These Terms do not offer you a loan, and this website cannot accept an application. No amount, interest rate, or fee is published here. Any future loan will be offered only inside the App, after you have seen and accepted that loan’s own disclosure.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to the Anifund mobile application and related services (“App”), operated by TIWALA LENDING INVESTOR, INC. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). Please read them with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the App when it becomes available.

1. Acceptance

Creating an account or sending a loan application means you have read and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the disclosure statement or loan agreement shown for that loan. If a disclosure statement conflicts with these Terms on a particular loan, the disclosure statement governs that loan.

2. Who may apply

When applications open, you will need to:

  • Be a Filipino citizen living in the Philippines
  • Be at least 21 years old and not older than 60 on the date you apply
  • Hold a valid government ID
  • Have an active Philippine mobile number, and a bank account or e-wallet in your own name
  • Have the legal capacity to make a contract

The Company may check eligibility and may approve or decline an application. Meeting this list does not mean a loan will be approved.

3. Your account

You must give information that is true and keep it current. You are responsible for your password and for activity under your account.

  • One person may hold only one account, and may not apply in someone else’s name
  • Tell the Company promptly if you believe the account is being misused
  • Loss that comes from failing to protect your login is your responsibility, to the extent the law allows

4. Applications

Sending an application does not create a loan. Each application is subject to identity checks and a credit assessment. The Company may ask for more documents. The amount, term, interest, and fees offered to you are individual. They will be shown in the App for you to accept or refuse. Nothing is binding until you accept that disclosure in the App.

5. Interest and fees

Republic Act No. 3765, the Truth in Lending Act, requires the cost of a loan to be disclosed before you commit. Before you accept a loan, the App will show:

  • Interest, at the rate stated in that loan’s disclosure
  • Any processing or service fee, as a fixed amount or a percentage
  • Any late-payment charge described in section 7 and in the disclosure
  • The total amount payable, the payment dates, and the effective interest

You may repay early. The App will not add a separate penalty just because you repay before the due date, unless a particular disclosure says otherwise and you have accepted it.

6. Repayment

You agree to pay the amount due on the dates in your disclosure, through the channels the App lists, such as a bank transfer or an e-wallet. You are responsible for having funds available. Payments are applied in the order stated in the loan agreement, commonly fees, then interest, then principal. Keep proof of payment until the App shows the loan as fully paid.

7. Late payment

If a payment is missed, the loan may be past due or in default. Where the disclosure you accepted provides for them, consequences can include a late charge, a report to a credit bureau including the Credit Information Corporation, loss of eligibility for a later loan, and lawful collection under section 8. Borrow only what you can repay. Late payment can affect your credit and your ability to borrow later.

8. How collection is done

Collection will follow SEC Memorandum Circular No. 18, series of 2019, and Republic Act No. 11765. If an amount is overdue:

  • We will not contact people in your phone’s contact list to collect
  • We will not threaten, harass, or shame you, and we will not publish the debt
  • Collection is done by identified, authorized staff, at reasonable hours
  • You may report abusive collection to the SEC

9. Conduct that is not allowed

  • False or stolen identity, documents, or account details
  • Using the App for fraud, unlawful activity, or money laundering
  • Breaking into, disrupting, or reverse-engineering the App
  • Using bots or scrapers to access the service

A breach can lead to suspension or closure of the account, and to civil or criminal liability where the law provides it.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled under Republic Act No. 10173 and the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

The Anifund name, mark, software, and other materials in the App belong to the Company or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, or modify it without written permission.

12. Availability and liability

The App is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, the Company does not promise uninterrupted service. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control. These Terms do not limit any liability that Philippine law does not allow to be limited.

13. Suspension

The Company may suspend access if you break these Terms, give false information, or if a law or regulator requires it. Ending access does not cancel a loan you still owe. You may stop using the App, and you remain responsible for any unpaid balance until it is settled.

14. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. A complaint should first go through the Company’s consumer-assistance channel once that channel is published, in line with Republic Act No. 11765. If it is not resolved, it may be taken to the appropriate regulator, including the SEC, or to the proper courts of the Philippines.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. A material change will be posted on this website, and in the App once the App is live, at least seven days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the App after that date means you accept the update.

16. Contact
